DevHouse set out to build an ERP that serves companies with different needs from a single codebase: each one gets screens, reports and approval cycles that fit how it works, without every change turning into a custom code fork, and with an interface that is Arabic from the ground up rather than translated.
In FlexoraERP, screens, queries and reports are defined as data through an in-house configuration engine, so a new form goes live without a software release. Every module runs on one posting engine and one chart of accounts, so there is no seam between finance and operations.
Every client gets its own PostgreSQL database, in the cloud or on its own servers: real isolation at the database level, not row filtering inside a shared one. The backend is built on .NET, ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core, the frontend on Angular, with single sign-on through Google and Microsoft.
A 17-step setup wizard and ready-made demo data take a company from defining its structure to real operations in days, not months.
Setup wizard steps 1 to 4: companies, branches and units.
Steps 5 to 8: account structures and financial dimensions.
Steps 9 to 12: the fiscal year and exchange rates.
Steps 13 to 16: user groups and their permissions.
Step 17: ready-made demo data, and the company is operational.
